Though I have not fully realized my dream life, I am on my way. The muddled thoughts, wishes and fears are now organized, action-oriented, and most importantly, realistic and achievable. I feel more prepared and confident to reach my goals and flex my priorities and actions as needed. Failure is not an option and achievement is now driven by 'Yes, I can' affirmations. "Accelerate Your Dream Life has changed my way of thinking - it's that simple. After working with Stacy and Dave for over 6 months, I look at life with a perspective of infinite possibilities. Not that I was a down-heartened soul before Accelerate Your Dream Life, but AYDL heped open my eyes to the box that I regularly put myself inside. I have what some would call the ideal life with a supportive husband, very healthy job, our own home and no significant debt to speak of. AYDL showed me that it is 'ok' to appreciate this life while having a healthy desire and path towards seeking more.
I was definitely raised to strive for THIS life - this exact good life with a successful career and picture perfect family. I achieved that, if you will, and I am thankful every day which is why I felt so guilty for wanting more and ungrateful for the blessings I'd been given. Despite our blessings, I continued to have this underlying yearn for something that I could not place or picture. AYDL walked me through a process that is helping me do a few things. One, I'm finding peace with where I am by identifying and removing the things in life that are adding stress. These are little items that would eventually be dealt with in my mind, but they seemed so significant without a plan to tackle them. The simplest example is securing our financial future on a limited budget. even more important than that was the realization that I was hiding my feelings around personal wants and needs instead of communicating them with family and friends. After Stacy broke down the walls of nerves, I was able to express my thoughts in ways that may not have been ground breaking for some, but were earth shattering for me! AYDL also instructed me on a path of acknowledging the activities that bring me joy in my life. I say 'acknowledging' because I already knew what those joys were; I just didn't have the courage to say that I wanted MORE of them or the audacity to believe that I could intertwine those loves into an everyday career!
It's a journey. That is the other key prospective Stacy and Dave opened up to me. Our Dream Life will likely change a million times as we take the next step on the road to perfection. And it's ok to be messy with our plan; the key is to have a plan. And Accelerate Your Dream Life is instrumental in MY blueprint of an ideal life."
